Left side pain

I am getting left side pain .   its always there...is this because of sleepiness...  and also i have severe back pain once in 3 months.

I need to loose weigh but cant seem to follow through.
I am a guy over 300lbs, my wife weighs like 140. She hates Healthy food, she hates the way it tastes, she cannot eat food with out salt, she buys alot of sweets and cakes and chips and snacks, well you get the point.
 I have absolutely no self control my taste buds rule my appetite and on top of all that I have zero motivation to excercise, I do a very physically demanding job and when I get home I dont wanna leave the house to add more physical strain to my body.  Everytime I start excercizing I stop after a few days or end up ruining the calories I burnt with dinner. My wife is an excellent cook, but when she doesnt cook its usually fast food or pizza, wings, stromboli's, cheesesteaks; as I said she hates healthy food. I dont mind healthy food, but given a choice I always choose the unhealthy stuff, I feel like I need to be restricted in order to follow a diet, but then again when I loose the weight am I gonna go crazy and strat eating what I shouldnt due to restraint? I know that I am responsible for what I eat 100%, I'm not being force fed but I dont know what to do. I want to be lean and fit, but I feel like I will never ever do it in my current state. To sum it up, Im 25 years old and I feel and act like 52.  Pain, shotness of breath, pounding heart rate etc.... I need help, I do not want my only option to be surgery because I cannot afford it. My mom and her sister both died from diabetis I just had a beautiful baby girl 10mnths old and I dont wanna die when she is 10years old like my mom did.

How to maintain weight at or around a constant after frequent battles of loosing weight

My detais are as follows;

Age;  42 years     sex; female    Marital status ; Married            No. of Chidren; 1

Profession ; Medical officer  

 Height; 4feet 10 inches        weight; 54Kg

Level of physical activity;I have busy shedule but physically not much active  It is quite difficult for me to do regular exercise due to my busy shedule  although i have tried hard.

Medical history ; No  major illnesses at the momoment but past medical history of gestational diabetes mellitus +

Family Medical history; Diabetes Mellitus ( Mother, Father, brother & sister ), Isheamic heart diease (mother, Father ), Obesity (siblings)

problem; From my teenage years my main problem is regaining weight after frequent horrible stuggles of loosing weight from about 65Kg to about48- 50 Kg.  I have gone through about 5 such episodes. At all these instances I gained  weight at a faster rate than loosing causing me much anxiety.

My main sratergy of loosing weight had been either by exercise or by dieting and some times by both methods. But after each big struggle i regained weight at a faster rate. At the moment Iam on a diet

My daily dietary recall;

Breakfast; tea+ 1 tea spoon non fat milk ( No Sugar)

                1 big banana

Lunch: 1/2 cup of boiled brown rice, 3 tab spoon of vegetables,  one small piece of fish/ dried fish/ chicken

Afternoon; tea + 1 tea spoon of non fat milk ( No sugar ), one slice of brown bread with curry or 2 sugarless buiscuits

Dinner; same as lunch

Rate of weighr loss; I loose about 1kg in five working days but regain that amount in just 2 days during the week ends when i have some rest such as an afternoon nap and better eating ( not over eating ) 

My worries; People of my height  and physical activity level are having normal meals and are not gaining weight where as I am always scared of food and my life is a constant battle agaist extra fat 

What I think the cause of my problem; Multifactorial ie. Genetic predisposition for obesity, ?Low BMI, No regular exercise, Not knowing how much calories I need to eat, Frequent episodes of loosing and gaining weght

QUESTIONs

1.WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF MY PROBLEM?

2.PLEASE TELL ME THE AMOUNT OF CALORIES SUITABLE FOR ME AND THE LEVEL OF PHYSICAL ACTIVTY I SHOULD MAINTAIN TO HAVE A CONSTANT WEIGHT AT OR AROUND 50kg

what type of omega is raw virgin coconut oil.. i am seeing conflicitng opinions on the internet.

My diet consists of mostly coconut oil, flax seed and raw cod liver oil ( green pastures) i would like a recommendation of ratio's! thanks!

What is the best thing to take for Osteoprosis of the spine
I have just been diagnosed with this condition and would like to treat it naturally if possible- what natural medications are there available and where would I avail myself of them.  I am 66 years old and experienced menopause when in my forties. A partial hysterectomy was performed at age 36 and HRT was preescribed until I was 55.

Fatty Liver (maybe)

Hi, I think I may have a fatty liver but not sure.

I had my gall bladder removed in 1995 and have suffered from a pain in my right upper side just under my rib cage ever since. It is particularly bad in the mornings, I feel very ill every morning until I get out of bed and start to move around. I have quie a healthy diet although I do not eat a lot of meat I tend to subsitute this with cheese which I know is not a good thing and try to limit it. Also, Ihave been a bit of a wine drinker ( a drink every night with my mealmaybe 2-3 glasses)but I haven't had a drink for 3 weeks now and do feel a lot better so I will not be going back to that. A year after having my gall bladder removed I asked my doctor for a scan on my GB as the pain felt like a burning inflamed pain and I thought I had an infection but he said it was OK so Ihave never dared to go back and ask about my liver. I have been taking milk thistle for 2 months which is making me feel better. I know if I do have 1 glass of wine I will feel OK but anymore and I feel very ill in the mornings, a feeling of being hung over even after 2 glasses, I don't think my liver can digest it. Any help or suggestions would be very helpful.I am 50 years old and I do some exercise 4-5 times a week but my stomach is very large (which I hate)Many thanks.
