There are several essential oils that can help. Plai especially has been proven to releive some pain for up to 22 hours.  We can make you a blend if you would like to phone 01455 251020 - the cost will be around £10

I am sorry to learn that you are suffering from a painful lower spin. I work with the emotions as a qualified Journey Practitioner.  It has been my experience with clients who suffer pain as a result of accidents that although there is pain from the physical damage to the body, much of the pain is traumatic due to the stuck memory of the actual event.  This is the trauma involved  in the accident.  I have had success in clearing such painful traumas. If you would like to know more, please contact me on 0208 994 7208.

I would say you probably will find that physical therapy, or even chiropractic care, will help you with your pain and symptoms.  How long do you have to wait for the MRI?  Did you ask you physician if it is absolutely necessary?  In most states you can see a physical therapist directly with out a referral or prescription from your phyician.  Physical therapy has been shown to be very effective treatment for back pain and it sounds like you have a muscle problem.  Research has also shown that MRI's are often unnecessary for people with non-specific low back pain.  the results or findings often have little to do with why you have pain.  the same goes for x-rays.  An x-ray, MRI or CT scan should be done if there is a red flag or suspected lesion, fracture, tumor or other neurological defect that would alter drasticly the course of your treatment.  go ahead and seek treatment today from a qualified physical therapist or chiropractor in your area.
