My result for the Anachoice (TM) Screen w/REFL to TITER, IFA ANACHOICE SCREEN was NEGATIVE. What exactly is this for and what does this mean?
Also, my C-REACTICE PROTEIN was 2.17 which is high. What does this mean?
Thank you.

There were screening you for an auto-immune condition for which you were negative. CRP is a measure of inflammation in the body, especially blood vessels and it is beleived to be an possible risk factor for heart disease. I would take fish oils, drink green tea and add a good multivitamin that contains magnesium, selenium, calcium. Hypoallergenic on the label is best when chosing a multi-vitamin. I would not get one with iron since too much iron can cause inflammation. Also eating a plant-based diet high in green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts and legumes woudl be very helpful and an easy way to decrease the CRP. Other things to help decrease inflammation are curcumin and taking bromelain on an empty stomach. |
