Dear Rosa,You must get the results confirmed by your GP or another medical professional. We are an aromatherapy company that specialises in products that help arthritis and great many other conditions. We are not medical specialists and therefore do not have the authority or knowledge to answer your question. If you are diagnosed with arthritis, then we can hep. |

With the rheumatoid factor and ana titer both high it is very likely that you are suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, an auto-immune disorder whereupon you immune system is attacking the joints in your hands. It is important that you start some sort of treatment for it. The most success i've seen is when patients are very good about avoiding dairy and/or wheat. I have a dairy allergy be the sole cause in some cases and there is a small study demonstrating this as well. Some good anti-inflammatories would be curcumin, boswellia, fish oils and probiotics to help calm the over-stimulated immune system. I would find a natural practitioner in your area experienced in working with RA. Environmental toxicity can also be a cause of any auto-immune condition. |
