So I'm a new IBS sufferer, but it's been going on for a month now.  I'm constipated all the time.  I've changed my diet so I'm not consuming any dairy.  My daily meals consist of oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch, and chicken or ham with some veggies and salad and bread for dinner.  I take a soluble fiber supplement with every meal that does not contain a significant amout of fiber and drink plenty of water.  So why am I still constipated????  I don't know what to do.  Does anyone have any advice?

Take 500mg magnesium and 200mcg Chromium every second night with dinner.
