This week the Daily Mail published an article on Deep Brain Stimulation that entails two holes being drilled into your skull and then the brain being stimulated with electrodes. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/health/healthmain.html?in_article_id=512373&in_page_id=1774 Is this the solution? Ask yourself, should brain surgery be used on non-life threatening illnesses? Surely it is imperative that all non-invasive options must be considered in the first instance. What do you think?
