My name is Helen Fogg and I work out of my Holistic Centre just outside Basingstoke. I have practised as a Hypnotherapist since 1994 and tend to specialise in Smoking cessation and Weight Control, as well as confidence and anxiety issues. I have also worked as a Kinesiologist since 2004 and find it helpful for many things and especially digestive problems. I studied Shamanic healing in 2005-6. I use combinations of all my therapies with clients and have a few additional tools such as EFT, Life Coaching skills and NLP. Over the years I have read widely and have knowledge of nutrition, homeopathy, Bach Flower remedies and much more. I am particularly interested in alternative treatments for cancer My Centre has other therapists working from it, so we can offer a course of treatments to suit you. In addition, we offer a wide variety of courses, workshops and classes, for your personal development. It is a wonderful space which can be hired by others. I have regular Holistic Fayres and other events at the Centre.
