An Introduction to Reflexology

This fun and informative one day course provides an introduction to the healing art of reflexology. As well as understanding a little of the history of this relaxing therapy, you will learn a simple reflexology routine that you will be able to practice on your family and friends.

Course Lecturers

The course is taught by the principal, Jackie James B.Sc Hons. M.A.R. P.G.C.E.

Course Location

This course takes place at the Hilldene Centre in West End, Southampton. Just 5 minutes from junction 7 of the M27. 

Timescales

This course is run each year on a Saturday in September. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. for registration. There is then time for a drink with your fellow students and a chance to look at some information on reflexology before the course starts at 10 a.m. The course finishes at around 4:30 p.m. and there is a 45 minute lunch break. There are cafes in the area, although students are welcome to bring a packed lunch. Complementary tea, coffee and herbal teas are available throughout the day.

Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone who would like to know more about reflexology or who are considering a career in reflexology. No prior knowledge is required.
