The SPA Director Certification Program is designed to prepare you to mee the needs of the whole person: body, mind & spirit,.   The ASIS believes that it is important for all spa employees, managers and owner to have a kinesthetic understanding if the treatments offered as well as knowledge in market trends, human resource management and basic business practices.  A blend of experiential, kinesthetic, audio and visual tools are employed to encourage insight into each individuals management style, provide a deeper understanding of how they operate in a work setting and to facilitate the development of their skills as a manager/director.

In a safe, supportive, yet evocative setting, we wish to prepare students to meet the challenges they may face as contributing members of the spa community.  As the owner of potential owner of a day spa, the manager of a resort spa facility, or a therapist looking to advance in the spa industry, this program will enhance your spa understanding.
