This one day course draws on the Eastern understanding of the body to harmonise energy and promote wellbeing.  It is an increasingly popular technique used in massage treatments and on its own.  This course discusses how acupressure works; preparing for the session; selecting the points for common ailments and their application to promote healing.

 General content of the course covers:-

 Overview of theory of Eastern approach to healing and well-being

Practical application of Acupressure

Incorporating the treatment within a massage

Applications for common ailments

All students attending the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance
