The baby massage course is taught over two, 2 day modules.

All aspects of treating a baby are covered including,

Assessment techniques, Case Taking, Anatomy and Physiology relevant to baby massage,

Contra-indications and precautions, Carrier oils and suitable massage mediums,

Massage techniques for a full baby massage, Methods of teaching massage to mothers

Holism and nurturing, Relevant essential oils, Common ailments and Allergies and

sensitivities.

The massages will be practised on dolls during the first module, but live models with their parents will be present during part 2. Massage techniques will include strokes for newborn babies, toddlers and young children.
