Cialis (Tadalafil) online for treatment of erectile dysfunction

Cialis in UK is different from other currently approved products for ED in that it stays in the body longer. However, there were no studies that directly compared the clinical efficacy and safety of Cialis to other products.

Cialis is an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5. Its chemical structure is significantly different from Sildenafil, and in vitro studies confirm significant potency for PDE5 inhibition, with little activity against most of the other isoforms of the enzyme including PDE6, which is the isoform of the enzyme found within the retina. The half-life of Tadalafil is 17.5 hours and clinical studies suggest significant activity 24 hours post-dosing. Cialis is an approved impotence treatment in UK and is effective in the treatment of men with ED. In addition, it appears to have a relatively mild side-effect profile, with no visual side-effects noted.

Strengths of Cialis pills

Cialis comes in strengths of 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg pills to be taken depending on the severity of the medical condition and as per your doctor’s instruction. Cialis must be taken orally about 30 minutes to an hour before sexual intercourse and can be taken no more than once in day. This drug can be taken before or after meals. Your doctor is the best judge on this medication dosage and will adjust the dosage according to your body type.

Effect of Cialis

Cialis (Tadalafil) is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence or the inability to get or keep an erection) in men. Tadalafil is in a class of medications called phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors. Cialis works by increasing the blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. This increased blood flow causes an erection. Tadalafil neither cures erectile dysfunction nor increases sexual desire. Tadalafil also does not prevent pregnancy or the spread of sexually  transmitted diseases, including HIV.

Use of Tadalafil may also show up  symptoms like headache; indigestion or heartburn; diarrhea; dizziness;  flushing; pain in the stomach, back, muscles, or any limb; or cough

Tadalafil may additionally cause sudden severe loss of vision; blurred vision; changes in color vision; sudden decrease or loss of hearing; tinnitus; priapism; chest pain; hives; or rash.

Availability of Cialis

Cialis online is available in the US and in most European countries, including the UK.  You can buy Cialis upon consultation with your GP and get a valid prescription.  The usefulness of Cialis ‘weekend pill’ is being appreciated by health experts worldwide.

how does Cialis Work?

Cialis works by enhancing the effects of one of the chemicals the body normally releases into the penis during sexual arousal. An erection is the result of an increase in blood flow into certain internal areas of the penis.

Cialis blocks enzymes called phosphodiesterase type 5 or PDE-5, which results in the widening and relaxing of the smooth muscles in the penis causing an erection. Thus, a male patient with ED can have a satisfactory erection and perform sexual activity with ease.  After having sex and achieving orgasm, the blood flow to the penis is decreased and the erection subsides.
