New Exercise Trends Guaranteed To Get You Fit in 2009!!!

According to government statistics about 1 in 3 women in the UK are suffering from obesity. Obesity can be caused for a number of reasons but one major cause is lack of physical activity. ZUMBA

Created by Miami based choreographer and celebrity trainer Alberto ‘Beto' Perez, Zumba is a fun and exciting fusion of aerobics and Latin salsa dancing. These classes are designed to help achieve a toned and sculpted body in a fun and enjoyable way.

Angie says... Zumba is an ideal way to tone muscles and burn fat all at once. A one hour session consists of fast and slow Latin inspired rhythms that keep you engaged throughout.

"We utilize the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. It's a way of mixing body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps," says creator Beto Perez. "It's fun and addictive.

SUSPENSION TRAINING SYSTEM aka BODY WEB

The design of this equipment is based on the powerful and strength building movements performed with Gymnastic Rings. The TRX Suspension Training unit is a portable, industrial-strength, nylon webbing system with handles, foot cradles and anchoring attachments. Suspended in mid air it combines movement with bodyweight training to work muscle groups across the entire body.

Angie says... The Suspension Training System is an effective way to improve strength, balance, and flexibility while toning all the muscles in your body.
