Meditation, prayer, or quiet time are the anchors to life itself. To sit still listening to one's breath and thinking only of a calm sea should be at the beginning of each day, affirming a peaceful, quiet and harmonious day.

The work place can become a tangle of emotions to the point where one can lose focus of the 'self'.  The wonderful part about meditation is that at any given moment in the day one can just stop for a few minutes and direct all emotional feelings towards that calm sea.  Certainly brings a refreshing state of mind when faced with decisions.

Reflexology/Reiki works with the chakras of the body, unravelling blockages that create a dis-ease in the person commonly known as the 'root cause'. Feelings whether positive or negative can be directed at any part of the body depending on the issue.  The outcome is to bring a balance of mind and body and a sense of self realisation.

Enjoy your meditation.
