I know that you're supposed to brush your teeth a certain way (I've read everything I can on how to properly brush your teeth), and I know you're supposed to floss. I do that. I also use a waterpick,brush my teeth after every single meal (and snack) and have used Plax but I still get tons of plaque. Are there any tricks that you do to keep your teeth sparkly clean? How can I get rid of the annoying plaque? I get my teeth cleaned every 3-4 months because it is really bad. Please help.

Use mouth wash and avoid eating too much sweets such as chocolates and candies for it is one of the cause of getting plaque around our teeth.
