The collagen found in Nutri-Plex is absorbed as well as deposited and stored in collagenous tissue of the body. Collagen , containing amino acids and peptides may help maintain suppleness and flexibility of the joints. It seems very much to act in partnership with glucosamine.

Methyl sulphonyl methane (MSM) is a safe non toxic organic sulphur compound. It originates in the ocean and reaches the human food chain through rainfall. It is the prime source of bio-available sulphur, which is lost from our food by processing, drying, cooking and preserving. MSM is an important nutrient.
