Over the last fortnight or so, i seem to have a blocked feeling in the solar plexus area. kinda feels like there's a knot there to be honest! Would it be trapped wind maybe? Ive been taking chalk tablets to ease it but there not making much of a difference.. not painfull just uncomfortable.

I keep trying to rule different things out like diet,could you help me please!!! i would be gratefull
