I would get in to see your MD or PA or NP and ask for blood test to check your thyroid function, which are TSH, free T4 and free T3. The thyroid gland controls our metabolism and low thyroid function would be the first thing to rule out. In the mean time it would be good to eat as much warming foods as possible such as soup. |
