Has 2011 been a steady journey or perhaps you have experienced a bumpy ride? These are unpredictable times and many people are finding themselves coping with the same struggles.

You may be coming to terms with a major life change and struggling to find you feet, perhaps involving:

• a house move
• a relationship breakdown
• bereavement
• retirement
• childbirth
• children leaving home or
• a change in employment

With the emphasis on moving forward, these session will help to declutter your mind and enable you to feel more positive about the future. If you've felt stuck in a rut then these sessions will help you to come to terms with life changes and ensure you are ready to move on.

This workshop will be held over 4 weeks and will take place in a small group and supportive and confidential atmosphere. The cost of the workshop for the 4 weeks is £60, just £15 per session.

The course is led by Brenda Buttery, who has many years experience both as a counsellor and a facilitator of development workshops. She has extensive experience in helping others to overcome their personal difficulties.
