Wisdom Qi Gong is one of the most widely practised methods of Qi Gong in China and was the style of Qi Gong used in world's first medicineless hospital. Through Wisdom Qi Gong, the art of self-healing, you will cultivate your vital force to replenish mind, body and spirit. Gentle movements and meditative postures balance yin and yang as you merge with Universal energy, transforming your finite potential towards the infinite.

This Diploma course can be studied by practitioners to improve their understanding and use of Qi in the treatment room, based on a broad Chinese medicine diagnosis. Non-practitioners can also access the course for self-healing. This is a certificated, Practitioner Diploma course in Qi Gong (level I, II or III). Qi Gong Therapist status awarded to those already qualified in another recognised healthcare profession (on completion of level III)

Entry: Appropriate life experience; no previous practitioner experience or science qualification required. Recognised healthcare qualification required for Qi Gong Therapist status - awarded at the end of year 3

Length of study: 1 year part time for each level. Each year can stand alone, or make up part of the three year course

Year 1: 18 Sundays, every other week

Year 2: 8 days (including 4 day retreat)

Year 3: 9 Sundays

Qualifications:

Year 1: Practitioner Diploma in Qi Gong level 1 DipQG(I)

Year 2: Practitioner Diploma in Qi Gong level 2 DipQG(II)

Year 3: Practitioner Diploma in Qi Gong level 3 DipQG(III)

Licentiate Diploma in Qi Gong Therapy after year 3 for those already qualified in another recognised healthcare profession LicQG(III)
