Positive Woman, Menopause in Balance (stone therapy treatment)

This one day course is takes an intensive look into what exactly the menopause is, what it does and how you can help your client through some of the more challenging aspects of it. We look at how alternating temperature can help with hot flushes and temperature fluctuations. We use massage with stones, prescriptive temperature application, essential oils, herbal teas and much more. This course delivers you the knowledge to perform a full body treatment, designed to balance and strengthen your client's temperature tolerance over time, and some home care advice to help them continue their work at home.
