CranioSacral Therapy, or "CST", is a soft touch therapy that has been developed and researched by Dr. John Upledger in Florida, and has available in the U.K. for about 15years.
CST has been successful in the treatment of many conditions. For instance stress, depression, headaches and migraines usually respond very well to CST. Back and neck aches are similarly responsive; TMJ, or jaw problems also respond well to CST as does any other muscular or joint pain.
