The back care course is a one day course which teaches you to evaluate different back conditions and discover the appropriate essential oils and treatment.  The course will mainly address the spine and the related nerve pathways that give cause for pain.

 Anatomy and physiology of the back will be revised along with an introduction to back pain and diseases and conditions of the spine. Posture and back exercises will also be looked at as preventatives as well as help aids for those who suffer with back problems.

 Essential oils which are useful for various back related conditions are studied along with their application and benefits. Simple massage techniques to help ease the pain suffered from bad backs are looked at.

An informative day of both the theory and the practice of looking after one of our most important bone structures – the back.

 Pre-requisites: Massage or Aromatherapy qualification, anatomy and physiology.
