Join Kaitlyn for a beginner yoga class! Obtain a working knowledge of a variety of yoga poses targeted to assist in proper body mechanics. During class you will experience two 60 minute yoga sessions; one focusing on the upper body, and the other on the lower body. In addition to the yoga sessions, you will learn the major muscles and joints  associated with each yoga posture and how the pose benefits you as a massage therapist.

Instructor:Kaitlyn began her career in the sciences, obtaining a master’s degree in biomedical sciences with the intent on becoming a medical professional. On her quest to start her medical career, she realized she wanted to make an impact on a person’s wellness before they needed a doctor. For over 10 years she has dedicated her career to studying preventative holistic modalities. Kaitlyn is a license massage therapist and certified yoga teacher.
