INNER SOUND Autophonetics Voice Workshop - Basic & Advanced Level

Autophonetics is a technique that combines working with your voice and your body to 'fine tune' your whole system. This method is unique to INNER SOUND and can be integrated into other therapies or vocal techniques such as toning, chanting or overtone singing to deepen and enhance their effect.

Autophonetics has been developed to promote relaxation, facilitate greater self-expression and build self-confidence. It combines postural alignment with bodywork and the use of your own voice to free up tensions - both emotional & physical - that keep you from realizing your full potential.

Based on 5 elements (neutralizing, opening, breaking, flowing and integration) that form an integral part of the INNER SOUND Motifs and the structural basis for the INNER SOUND Self-Discovery CDs, participants learn to vocalize many of the INNER SOUND motifs to deepen self-awareness and the expression of their inner sound.

Our Combined training course takes place over 3 days.

Training content:

Warm-up exercises
Emotional Theory
Softening the musculature for greater breath capacity
Using the 5 sounds of INNER SOUND to balance the emotions, promote relaxation, balance & integration
Healing Chakra Journey using your own sound
Visualization & Movement Exercises
Application of INNER SOUND motifs

Motifs include: Centering, Contact, Opening, Foot Stimulation, Grounding, Birth, Expansion, Contraction, Conception, Child, Left/Right Balance, Hemispheric Balance, Alpha, Front/Back Alignment, Theta, Hope, ELA, Cleaning & Integration
Vocalization practice. Prerequisites: None
