Change Oriented Counselling

Counselling and psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, low self esteem, panic attacks, bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties, loss of direction and purpose; problems arising out of sexual orientation, current or childhood abuse and deprivation; life changes such as separation, divorce and redundancy. Plus workplace difficulties, such as stress, harassment, relationships with colleagues, job and role dissatisfaction, drawing upon my experience in commerce.
