Water Suppresses Appetite
Our bodies comprise of about 70% water, the human brain alone is about 85% water; Blood is mostly water, and our muscles, lungs also contain a lot of water. Our body needs water to regulate the body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to our organs.

Water also transports oxygen to our cells, removes waste, and protects our joints and organs. Because our bodies are made up of so much water, it is very important that we consider the quantity and quality of water that we consume, as it will have a dramatic impact on our overall health.

Water is a natural appetite suppressant and a colon cleanser, please make sure that you are drinking enough water every day, this will assist you in losing weight.
