Symptoms of Stress is as a result of continued anxiety and worry. Holistically we look to the root cause, however when a 'panic attack' arrives, it gives no warning. Massaging the centre of both palms at the same time is very helpful along with encouraging the person to breathe deeply.
Holistic Therapies encourage a natural feeling of relaxation, just the same as Fast beat Music encourages stimulation and exercise. Finding the balance in every day life is key to a healthier way of living and by that I mean taking everything in moderation. During moments of stress, just thinking of a calming colour, for example; pink, blue or green, is very soothing. During a guided hypnotherapy session I was given the opportunity of working with a student colleague and after bringing him out of a colour hypnotherapy session he noted that he could have stayed longer within the colour blue that he had chosen, as it removed him from his stressful thinking to a place of peace and calm.
We all have the ability to heal ourselves which means learning new healthier habits of living. Reading daily updates on a healthier lifestyle is a good habit and goes a long way towards making healthy choices.
