After an injury, the road to recovery can seem like a long, arduous and tedious one. With physical therapist appointments and aches and pains that inhibit everyday movement, the period of recovery after an injury can truly start to feel overwhelming and it can be easy to feel like there is no end in sight. Making sure you keep a full range of motion after an accident is extremely important during recovery. While you should follow your doctors' and therapists' limitations, you should aspire to be as active as possible within reason.
