If you slump forward at your desk while working on a computer, then it can lead to pain in your spine. You can also develop pain in the upper areas of the spine when you are using a smartphone too much. While walking, you must understand how to stand and move your feet properly to avoid having discomfort in your back the next day. Learning how to sit, stand and walk can improve the condition of your spine.

Improving the Strength of Your Muscles
