Motivate yourself by reading stories about admirable people who’ve beat the odds to become successful. This might be activists, religious leaders or scientists. Make your days count by doing something you enjoy and being yourself. Changing your actions to more positive ones can have significant impacts on your well-being. Stay hopeful for the future by always having something to look forward to.
